HUAWEI unveiled its latest innovations at the Now is Your Run global launch event in Madrid, marking its return to professional running watches with the HUAWEI WATCH GT Runner 2.
The event also featured the HUAWEI Mate 80 Pro, MatePad Mini, FreeBuds Pro 5, and Band 11 Series. Two-time Olympic marathon champion Eliud Kipchoge was announced as global ambassador to inspire runners worldwide.
The HUAWEI WATCH GT Runner 2 features a new 3D floating antenna architecture for high-precision positioning, with an intelligent algorithm that continues tracking distance and trajectory even during signal interruptions.
The intelligent marathon mode acts as a personal coach on the wrist, enhancing performance for both professional and everyday runners.
Eliud Kipchoge also shared his experience of co-creating the product to improve the smartwatch experience for runners worldwide.
HUAWEI made a strong return to the global market with its Mate Series, showcasing advanced innovation, The HUAWEI Mate 80 Pro features an upgraded True-to-Color Camera for accurate colour reproduction in complex lighting.
a new Dual Space Ring Design combining elegance and modern style, 2nd Gen Kunlun Glass for improved durability, and enhanced AI performance to elevate the smartphone experience.
New Wearables and Smart Devices
HUAWEI also introduced new wearable devices designed for more professional and personalized fitness experiences.
The HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2 comes in a new Green colour way with enhanced outdoor and golf features, while the HUAWEI Band 11 Series offers a larger display, advanced health monitoring, and convenient fitness tracking in a compact design.
HUAWEI MatePad Mini and HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 5
Huawei unveiled its first Mini tablet, the HUAWEI MatePad Mini, featuring an 8.8-inch compact and lightweight design for easy portability and everyday productivity.
The company also introduced the HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 5, the industry’s first wireless earbuds with dual-engine AI noise cancellation and a dual-drive acoustic system for an immersive listening experience with excellent sound clarity.
Last year, Huawei introduced its “Now is Yours” brand proposition to strengthen global consumer connections, At the Now is Your Run event, Huawei partnered with Eliud Kipchoge to promote running and healthier lifestyles through technology.
