The 2025 “PeachTheGreatMENA” Roadshow (7 & 8 December 2025) concluded its Cairo stop in the Fifth Settlement and in New Cairo this week with resounding success, delighting thousands of visitors and strengthening partnerships across Egypt’s food and hospitality sectors.
Organized by the EU-financed campaign “PeachTheGreatMENA” the event transformed Cairo into a vibrant hub of flavor, creativity, and community engagement.
Over the course of two days the roadshow welcomed numerous consumers, all eager to discover new ways to enjoy EU processed peaches and the live streaming of the event on social media, celebrating flavor, freshness, and EU canned peaches culinary innovations.
European Peaches Meet Egyptian Cuisine
Under the theme “Enjoy it’s from Europe”, the Cairo 2025 Roadshow and tasting sessions, showcased how high quality EU canned peaches can enrich both traditional Egyptian favorites and modern cuisine.
Visitors also enjoyed the EU Peach Tasting Pavilion, where chefs and promoters sampled an array of premium EU canned peach recipes and learned about the product’s nutritional benefits and year-round availability.
Strengthening Industry Connections
Beyond its consumer appeal, the 2025 “PeachTheGreatMENA” Cairo Roadshow also served as a key networking platform for Egypt’s food industry.
Distributors and hospitality partners engaged in productive discussions about culinary innovations, and supply chain opportunities.
