Intelcia Expands in Egypt with ITIDA Partnership to Create 5,000 Jobs by 2026

Intelcia, a global leader in customer experience services and IT outsourcing services, announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) during its active participation in the Global Offshoring Summit, held in Cairo on November 9–10.

The event gathered top decision makers and industry leaders from around the world to discuss the future of the offshoring and IT services sectors.

Intelcia’s participation in this high profile event reaffirms the company’s commitment to strengthening Egypt’s position as a regional and international multilingual hub for outsourcing and IT services, while reinforcing its role as one of the key investors in local talent and advanced digital capabilities.

Leadership Engagement and Visionary Insights

During the summit, Karim Bernoussi, Co-founder and CEO of Intelcia Group, took part in a high level Presidential Roundtable alongside other senior executives to share Intelcia’s success story in Egypt and its vision for the future.

MoU Signing and Commitment to Workforce Expansion

The summit also featured the official signing ceremony of the MoU between Intelcia and ITIDA, in the presence of Egypt’s Prime Minister HE Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Minister of Communications and Information Technology HE Dr. Amr Talaat, and ITIDA CEO Eng. Ahmed El-Zaher.

The agreement underscores Intelcia’s plans to double its workforce in Egypt, targeting approximately 5,000 employees by the end of 2026, and its continued investment in job creation for Egyptian talent across customer experience, technical support, and advanced digital services.

Eng. Ahmed El-Zaher, CEO of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), said: “We consider every new center and every expansion within this sector as a commitment to growth and to unlocking its full potential.”
