O Business District: A Thriving Hub for Entrepreneurs
Beyond being a fully integrated town, O West fosters business growth through its O Business District (OBD), a dynamic space designed to support entrepreneurs and business owners. Since 2019, OBD has delivered over 30,000 square meters of office and retail space, establishing a strong business ecosystem.
With Phase 1 completed in 2024, OBD has laid the groundwork for further expansion. Phase 2 will add 25,000+ square meters, including 4,674 square meters dedicated to retail and co-working spaces. A new promenade will enhance connectivity through pedestrian walkways, green spaces, and seating areas, creating an inspiring work environment.
