
Invest-Gate launched its first-ever ACE Awards to honor exceptional achievements in Egypt’s real estate sector for 2023-2024. The grand event took place at The St. Regis Cairo, bringing together distinguished industry leaders, government representatives, and innovators who have shaped the real estate landscape in Egypt.

The event commenced with an inspiring speech by Ms. Safaa Abdel Bary, General Manager and Business Development Director of Invest-Gate. She highlighted that the awards are not just about recognizing success but also fostering creativity and collaboration in a sector critical to economic growth and community development.

Individual Achievements
The ceremony paid tribute to Eng. Fathallah Fawzy, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Head of the Construction and Building Committee of the Egyptian Businessmen Association, for his pivotal role in advancing the construction sector. His contributions were instrumental in the success of the event.
Recognition of Government Efforts
The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities received recognition for its efforts in promoting urban development and achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030. Dr. Eng. Abdelkhalek Ibrahim, Deputy Minister, accepted the award and emphasized the ongoing challenge of sustaining success across both public and private sectors.
The New Administrative Capital (NAC) was honored as Smart City of the Year for its groundbreaking efforts in providing an integrated model of a smart city. Eng. Khaled Abbas, Chairman and Managing Director of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD), highlighted the remarkable transformation of NAC from desert land to a thriving urban hub in just seven years.
Private Sector Contributions

DORRA Developments and IGI Developments won the Pioneers in Real Estate Development Industry Award for their outstanding contributions to reshaping the Egyptian real estate market. The awards were presented to Eng. Mohamed Shalaby, CEO of DORRA Developments, and Eng. Sherif Moustafa, CEO of IGI Developments.
